Baptism is an important step of obedience for every person who has accepted Christ as his or her Lord and Savior (Matt. 28:18-20). Because of that, we believe it is only intended for the person who has received the saving benefits of Christ’s atoning work and has become His disciple. In obedience to Christ’s command and as a testimony to God, the Church, oneself and the world, that person should be immersed in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Baptism is a visual and symbolic demonstration of a person’s union with Christ, connecting with both His death and resurrection.
Our next Baptism is scheduled for Sunday, October 27. If you're ready to take the next step toward baptism, want to know more about the process, or would like to learn about our beliefs, please begin the application process here.
