City Church offers counseling recommendations that can help you connect with a counselor in our area. Some important things to note about these referrals:

• Confidentiality: We understand that your privacy is important, so we will never share your requests for information with anyone without your consent.

• Convenience and Expertise: We will only refer you to counselors who are qualified and experienced in helping people with various health-related issues in our area.

City Church also has a small fund dedicated to helping attenders with the initial cost of counseling services. If you need financial assistance with your first few sessions (4 maximum), please fill out the form below. You will be required to submit a receipt following your sessions in order to be reimbursed.
