Includes - 4 nights of lodging, 10 meals, 7 student sessions, and transportation

Drop Off - Students should be dropped off at City Church Marietta by 9am on 6/17. No students can leave their cars in the parking lot. All students will be riding with leaders.

Pick Up - Pick up at City Church Marietta on 6/21, can tentatively plan on 6pm but will keep in contact with parents day of.

Important Information - Students MUST bring money for food on the way there, on the way back, and for Night 4 camp dinner. Suggested amount is $75-100 for those meals + any additional purchases (merch).

Financial Aid - Scholarships are available to families facing financial hardship, ensuring that every student has the chance to experience the joys and growth of camp. These scholarships are designed to bridge the gap for those who truly need it, allowing students to make lasting memories and build a deeper connection with Jesus at BigStuf Camp. If you require assistance, fill out the scholarship application. Please keep in mind that every student is required to contribute financially in some way. You can find more information about this on the application.

Payment Plan - A payment plan that ranges from beginning payments at registration to making final payments by May 1st, 2024. If this works better for your family, please speak directly to Olivia O'Kelley (lokelley@citychurchmarietta.org) or Megan Hill (mhill@citychurchmarietta.org) about setting this up. Please be aware that when using a payment plan, you must sign an agreement acknowledging that the total cost will be paid over expected timeline and that if student ends up backing out of the trip after March 31st, payment will still be expected and there will be no available refunds.
