Intercessory prayer

Bringing life to the broken places in our Hearts Homes, city and world.

In Luke 11, Jesus said the following in regards to prayer: “And I tell you, ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you.” In this context, Jesus reminded His followers to be persistent in prayer. Because of this, we want to embody this as one of the primary functions in the life of our church.

On a weekly basis, our church takes at least two tangible steps toward praying for one another.

1. Prayer cards are filled out and prayed over for those that have specific prayer needs, as well as answers to prayer. Anyone who attends our church can take one of these with them and help “carry someone else’s burden” during the week.

2. Our church is also forming an intercessory prayer team. The goal of this team is to cover the church in prayer every day of the week. If you would like to join this team, the idea is simple; we will assign you a specific day of the week and on this day you will commit to pray for our church, on that day, every week. If you are interested in joining this team, please fill out the form below and we will reach back out to you with more direction.
